We are a centre of excellence for plain language and clear communication. We have been working with organizations in the private and public sector for more than 25 years. Our associates include some of the most senior and experienced professionals in the field.

We offer 2 main services, both with a focus on plain language and clear communication:

1. Editorial services. We plan, write and/or edit internal and external communications so they are easy to use and understand. We do everything from reports to web content to ad copy.

2. Training. Through our SimplyClear™ writing workshops, we train staff at all levels to apply the principles of plain language to the writing they do every day. We offer several different training options, ranging from 1 hour to a full day workshop. Explore services offered.
